Unemployed In Summertime, we don't need money,cause we are....
I don't know why it is that i haven't really written anything here.
I have loads of stuff to say, and it's not really things I want out there at least under my name.
so I got a referal for a job.
it's not a great job, but it pays really really well. it's a grade seven law enforcement job, which in the region that it is, works out to about 20K more a year than I currently make. plus I'll be outside. which would be worth ~15K alone.
so anyway, i sort of am hoping i don't get the job, cause it's not in a nice place, the wed description is " it's a high desert cliamate" but I'll take it it's got to be better than here.
so anyway, I've been thiking of getting a motorhome since eric moved into a trailer and i reread travels with charlie for maybe the fiftith time (A new copy, with a cover and everything, I've really made it now!) I found a couple of good ones for less than 10K.
but do i really want that? or do I want something like a old suburban, with maybe a wip antenta on the back with a shower bag mounted on it, or maybe a pickup truck with a camper on the back?
I mean I know that the handleing of any of these is going to suck,amd I'm ok with that...
one the one hand, I want to throw out all the preformance parts I've got sitting here for my old volvo and just get a ls1 to put in it, on the other hand i want to buy a minivan and convert it to be a sleeper cab. (gets much better milage than on old truck)
I really hope i get the job. it's in prinsville or. or anywhere other than here.
